My Story

Devoted to my purpose

My offerings have all been forged by my own walk through the fire. From addiction to embodiment, from survival to sovereignty, from broken to wholeness — I found my freedom from the life-or-death shackle of human complexity.

As a storyteller, wayfinder and sacred protector, I guide others back home to their own natural, wylde expression of nature — where thriving well-ness begins.

The Book

SEED

An Apprenticeship with Bipolar

This may be my first published book, however it will not be my last. An inspirational memoir bridging the past, present and future — this is not a story of cure. It is a story of homecoming. Living. Rewilding.

I share my transformational medicine from addiction to embodiment, from survival to sovereignty, from broken to wholeness. SEED, rooted in hope, is a testament to our human capacity for rebirth.

It is about the reclamation of our authentic self — the sanctuary where thriving well-ness begins.

Available for speaking events, book clubs and community conversations.

Rites of Return Ceremonies

Rites of Return Ceremonies

As a ceremony woman, I love creating and holding sacred processes. Offered privately or for the community, my holding is safe and supportive of each of us on our journey back home to our own natural, wylde expression of nature.

I’m a big advocate for self-inquiry — getting to know the true wylde spirit beneath all the layers of domestication. I lead group processes that take you safely into your psyche, so you can live from your true heart centre and authentic self.

The TREE Program

Turning pain into purpose

A groundbreaking approach for the carers of friends and family members experiencing challenges with mental and emotional wellbeing. My connection with Mother Earth has gifted me the wisdom of energy to create our own regulated sanctuary.

We can tap into the power of nature to hold space for ourselves while holding a thriving sanctuary for those we love.

After many years of holding space for people experiencing adversity and suicidal ideation, I've been shown a way to do this without the usual burn-out — one that provides fertile conditions for sustainable well-ness for all.
